对于这样的题目，我觉得大家需要清楚一点

就是，我们知道这道题目考察的是平行，但是我们真的理解了考察平行是什么意思了吗

平行就是，在标志词的平行结构中，平行的元素内容，时态，数形等结构都是平行的，也就是说平行第一考察的是内容，不是标志词应该是什么样的。

算是给大家提个醒吧，每次当我们看完句子，知道句子想要表达的核心意思，明确有平行结构存在，我们先要关注平行的内容，然后找出后面的split，不要去刻意关注平行的标志词是什么，还是那句话，gmat考察的是句子没有歧义，明确表达句意，内容是关键，不要在平行的标志词的使用上留意太多，英语的用法太多，不能只因为一种情况见多了就简单归纳成所有的标志词必需满足这样的要求，交流的本质是意思能不能准确，不在于一些“不引起歧义的标志词的使用”

补充一下，曼哈顿里面写not only... but... as well这个结构是suspect，大概尽量少用？

其实有两种用法：
1. 主语+not only +动词，but also +动词
2. not only +动词+主语，but +代词 +also+动词
这里显然是第二种用法，有些时候but可以省略掉。所以答案就是A

As criminal activity on the internet becomes more and more sophisticated，这部分是as 引导的subordinate clause,
not only are thieves able to divert cash from company accounts, not only 是副词，不是连词，后面跟的是一个完整的主谓语结构，所以这句话是independent clause.
they can also pilfer valuable information such ....., and sell the data to competitors, 这里又是一个有完整主谓结构的句子，之前没有conjunction 连接。(also 在这里即使可以做连词，但是放在了整个分句主语they的后面，没有起到连接两个分句的作用）

所以A 整个句子的结构是 subordinate clause, independent clause(S+V), independent clause (S + V)    这是明显的run-on啊！简直颠覆我的认知. 求大神解释啊！
