Always telling truth is an important consideration between any people .

I still remember that iraq used to have a dictator ,be the most powerful army in mid-east area,and possessed an ambition to own a mass destruction weapon.the united states rallied on this truth ,marched on the iraqi monarch, grinded the realm overnight,gave the people ‘freedom and rights” and harvests black gold ,which reveal the big deal behind the truth.Meanwhile,i still remember the terminator ,which is a famous fight robot in a movie ,sunk into the lava ，placated the boy with worldwide known words-“ i will be back”,and destroyed himself forever with chips in its head.In that ,he must destroy
chips to protect human from robot counter-blast.This is indeed tear-inducing.Now,i have to say that indulging in navel-gazing
with keeping telling truth doubts me a lot，since it is complex to make clear what the results and influence will be .
There is an old saying in china ,there can never be too much deception in a war.What if every single battle dates gently like England redcoats in 19 century .Both the soldiers lives and success will be sacrificed .After being attacked in the pearl harbour ,what the war will go on if US army didn`t Unleash tons of fake information ,and surprisingly whack the japanese marine force .It seems that we shouldn`t be too honest to our enemy.
It is a sense of poker at work .All the media over the world are talking about the drilling and extraction behind the flag of destroying the dictator and mass destruction weapon.The US politico take advantage of people~s sympathy and belief in freedom and peace .Some facts have been taken as an convincing excuse that blurred the real filthy purpose .And the tiny group of people who weave flags of guile did harm to all the american people.Recently there is a ripple in arabic world ,amouting to resentment on american people. On this condition,I may come to the conclusion that we should never lie to our own people.
To sum,although it is not rosy to always tell the truth ,we should keep credits to our own friends and don`t be too honest to the enemy.

我记得，以前伊拉克的确是有萨达姆的独裁，有阿拉伯世界最强大的武力，有制造大规模杀伤性武器的雄心。美国向天下人诏告自己打击独裁保护人权的决心。他们做到了打击独裁统治的目的，同时还获得了石油。同时我还记得终结者跳入岩浆的时候，用我会回来的来安抚小男孩，其实为了保护人类，chip和他必须永远的毁灭了。说不说真话在有些时候真的很让人困惑，到底说真话会带来怎样的后果呢。
孙子兵法有言，兵不厌诈。为什么要诈，如果每场战斗都像伊丽莎白时代，英国redcoat那么绅士一样跟敌人约着打仗，士兵生命会白白牺牲，胜利会断送。在珍珠港后，如果美国不不断释放假情报，奇袭日军航母，那战争的面貌又会怎样。看起来，我们对待敌人的时候不能太诚实。
伊拉克战争背后更像是场政治游戏，利用了美国人民对自由和权利的信仰，对世界人民的同情心。一些值得人同情的真相模糊了政府罪恶的意图。个别人的谎言造成了全体人民的信誉收到损害。近期阿拉伯世界对美国人的仇视不断mount to 。Counter blast 起来。Rapple in arab world。近期美国大使馆接连遭到袭击。所以，对信赖自己的要无限忠诚。
综上所述，要坚持说真话，尤其是对人民，但是对敌人不能太诚实，否则就会伤害人民的利益。
