请问以下英文转换成怎样的 数学等式
1、He received a 20 percent discount off the regular price of the most expensive item and a 10 percent discount off the regular price of each of the other 2 items.
设 regular price   那He received a 20 percent discount off the regular price  是指 X乘以0.2  还是X乘以0.8 呢？
2、P is 20 percent more than B
 是P=B（1+0.2）吗？
