OG15 RC中Evaluation和Logical structure题目的区别

在看OG15的RC部分，答案解释中的类别里面有Evaluation和Logical structure 两类，题目类型很接近，求大神们帮忙解释一下区别在哪里啊？

例如：
第30题：The auther refers to "service workers employed by manufacturers" (line 23) primarily in order to point out      ===这题属于Logical sturcture
第34题： Which of the following best describes the function of the last sentence of the passage? ===这题属于Evaluation

感觉上都是在问文章中的某一句话的作用是什么。
