B的问题是没有指定比较对象为average rate。题意就变成20年的平均增长率比之前100年内的任何一年都高。这过于绝对而且文章中没有提过（反而是提过recession的时候增长率为负），马上我们就可以联想到30年代的大萧条就在这100年的范围内。

没明白hughlv为什么没有比较对象average rate,题意就变成20年的平均增长率比之前100年高啊? 没有比较对象这个能理解, 好心人给解释一下吧,我理解能力太差了,绕迷糊啦
