e怎么补能判断呢，原文说了not all good cooks are big eaters, 那么e 选项中说的are all big eaters 就肯定是不对的了啊

even though 在此说明了两个极端：B和E

但是没有具体信息说明big eaters和 enjoy preparing and serving food两者的比例。所以肯定错。
