Hi all,

Sorry to bother those not interested.

I'm an UNC grad student (male) and looking for a roommate who can move in late May or June. The move-in date is very flexible and it could be anytime after (including) June 1st.  But it would be better if you can move in before middle of June. The rent period will end at May 31st, 2014 and you are more than welcome to renew afterwards if you would like to stay longer.

Information about the apartment:

1.    On campus. (Safe community. Several minutes’ walk to any place in campus. Apt is close to free bus line U, RU, N CM and P2P express. In addition, you can request P2P service to transport directly from/to any place in the university during their service time(7pm to 1am). )

2.    2 Bedrooms and 2 full-bathrooms. One is the master bedroom with a bathroom connected to it and the other is a guest room with the bathroom outside. The apt is facing south and has sunshine all year long. Floor-plan of the apartment is 1060 square feet (1 square feet ~ 0.09 square meters).

3.    All utilities (water, electricity, wireless internet, and standard cable) are included in the rent, the monthly renting fee is $495~$500.

4.    The bedroom is fully furnished. You are welcome to purchase the queen-size bed, desk & lamp, Chair and TV stand  as a package or separately.
