在fordhamMSA的面试中，面试官提醒我，以我的情况是没办法参加CPA考试的。巴拉巴拉说了几个理由貌似就是学分不够。于是下来之后我感到非常疑惑。究竟是fordham本身课程设计的问题，还是我自己的情况问题呢，求解答。如果我去southern methodist university，能不能考CPA呢？或者我在SMU毕业后，能否考别的州的CPA但是在德州工作？
我的情况是国内本科英语，工商管理双学位（50个学分）Management, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Accounting, Financial management,statistics, Marketing, Production & operation management, Project management, Organizational behavior, Management information system, Strategic management of enterprises, Human resource management and Electronic commerce.
以下是我的一些困惑
一．德州CPA要求
?Be of good moral character.
?Hold a baccalaureate or higher degree from a United States college or university, or an equivalent degree from an institution of higher education in another country.
?Complete150 semester hours or quarter-hour equivalents of college credit.
?Complete 30 semester hours or quarter-hour equivalents of upper level accounting courses.
?Complete 24 semester hours or quarter-hour equivalents of upper level related business courses.
?Complete a 3 -semester-hour ethics course that had prior Board approval.
The Certificate for Public Accountancy (C.P.A.) Exam ethics requirement for the state of Texas is met by taking the following two courses: MNO 6220 Corporate Governance and LT 6225 Legal and Ethical Environment of Business for Accountants.
I am concerned about the requirement of CPA in TEXAS：
1.The courses that I take as a part time student in the summer school of SMU are recognized by Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as upper level accounting courses? (Intermediate Accounting I and II 6 credit hours，Federal Income Tax 3 credit hours)
2.I can see from the requirement of CPA in TEXAS that my credit hour of ethics course can meet the requirement of 3-semester hour if I take Corporate Governance Legal and Ethical Environment of Business for Accountants. However, there are only 32 credit hours in MSA program. Except for the 6 credit hours for ethics course, there are only 26 credit hours for my accounting courses. Can I meet the requirement of 30 semester hours of upper level accounting courses? What if the courses that I take as a part time student in the summer school of SMU are not recognized by Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as upper level accounting courses, my credit hours are enough?
3. In addition, I need to complete 24 semester hours or quarter-hour equivalents of upper level related business courses. However, my major is English when I am an undergraduate student. I have 14 courses of business administration when I took my minor degree. They are: Management, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Accounting, Financial management, statistics, Marketing, Production & operation management, Project management, Organizational behavior, Management information system, Strategic management of enterprises, Human resource management and Electronic commerce. The total credits of my second degree-business administration is 50.Could the courses in minor degree in China be recognized by Texas State Board of Public Accountancy?
二．纽约州的CPA要求
总学分：大于等于150
会计学分：大于等于33
商业学分：大于等于36
在fordham MSA的面试中，面试官提醒我说，以我的情况是不能考CPA的，是因为我本科是英语，第二学位是工商管理，所以在报考CPA的时候我的第二学位的学分是不能转成在美国考CPA所必须的商业学分吗？fordham提供的课程是不是本身就不能满足会计课程33个学分的要求呢?
fordham的MSA项目所必须修的学分
1）30 credits
2）Required Courses (7 upper-level courses, 21 credits) (Prerequisite)
我已经完全晕了，SMU要交定金了（如果不能考就要慎重考虑是否交占位费了）给校方发了邮件能否考CPA，还没有回。麻烦大家帮我解答一下，我的条件在MSA项目毕业后究竟能否考CPA,非常感谢！
