在美国考CPA，到底需要满足什么条件？我已经被弄晕了，求牛牛解答！

Even though you can get a CPA in other states, you still need to meet NY requirement if you work in NY and want to transfer your license.
I do not know much about cma, but I think that is for industry. I heard some people from big4 say, if you cannot get your CPA in 1-2 years, you are out because you will not be able to move up to senior level unless you become a CPA.

Could you talk more about the NY requirement? I got to know the requirement of CPA in Mianne is lower than that of other states. If I want to transfer the license to NY, what should I do and what requirment should I meet? thanks a lot!

考CPA的话有些州的要求很低， 比如说Maine, 只要大学总共拿过150个学分就行了（什么课都行）， 至于拿license, 需要工作经验， 每个州情况不一样， 建议lz先把考试都过了(都过了就不会过期了）， 等之后有了工作经验就可以拿license了。
拿不拿license在manager之前没啥影响， 但会影响你办绿卡。

那在缅因考的CPA，一定要在缅因工作才能拿LICENSE吗？还是其他州工作也可以拿LICENSE

哪里工作都一样， 但拿的是Maine的license, 在其它州你不能签字， 所以到时候你决定在哪工作了， 再转一下就行了。 说实话CPA只要把考试过了， 剩下的都不是啥大问题。

就是缅因的LICENSE可以转到其他州，比如以后我打算在NY签字，可以将缅因的LICENSE转过去？这样的理解对吗

具体好像是在NY再申一个license， 但waive掉考试， 得看NY的要求， 每个州都不大一样。 可能有些州有学分的要求， 到时在网上弄几堂课就行了。

2011年11月NASBA和New York State消息
We are excited to announce that New York has adopted mobility for CPAs! The New York Legislature passed senate bill 2628A which was then sent to the Governor on August 5th. The bill became law yesterday at midnight, and the new practice privileges will become effective ninety days from now. Mobility is now available for eligible CPAs performing services in most jurisdictions.
