If p is a prime number greater than 2, what is the value of p?

(1) There are a total of 100 prime number between 1 and p+1
(2) There are a total of p prime numbers between 1 and 3912.

A Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not sufficient.
B Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient.
C BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient.
D EACH statement ALONE is sufficient.
E Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are not sufficient.

这个题目楼主是哪里不理解呢？这两个条件都可以求出P的值的啊，所以都是正确的，选D没有问题的呢
