FIU MSRE 地处迈阿密市中心，特点：

1. 商学院内专业，属偏金融方向房地产项目，毕业去向有私募基金，银行，商业房地产投资咨询领域；
2. 一年项目，有金融+房地产双硕士机会，双硕士一年零6-8月左右可毕业；
3. 申请较容易，GMAT非必须；
4. 奖学金机会（最近该专业获得业界一笔资助）；
5. 当地实习机会。

GMU是2年在DC附近，FIU是10个月在Miami。我想拖到6月底的最后期限，才做决定。在查那个地方容易留下来，最终目标是留下来。
