B是有点迷惑. 因为大家的大脑做题的时候都充斥着一个概念:充分.

题干中有几个名词：immune’ system ／mental health．然后结论中突然冒出个physical disease．误导大家认为assumption中少了mental health　和
            physical　health的关系．

这题强调各issue和concern的联系．　可以做个简单的逻辑图：

low levels of immune          tend to                                    lower on tests of mental health  

then

immune system                   protects against                       mental illness as well as against physical disease

TEND TO　只是现象上的对应．Ｄ是讲后者不会对前者起作用才能得出结论．　从逻辑上讲是正确的．因为如果

Mental illness 　　　　　 cause　　　　　　　　　 people's immune-system activity to decrease.

不能充分得出结论中的protects against 的关系．

文章结论是要证明immune system                   protects against                       mental illness as well as against physical disease
