[求助]11月几道JJ

那位斑竹教一下我啊:

看了去年的JJ, 还是 不明白怎么做

153 N is a positive integer, then N=?
       1)the sum of square of first N can be divided by 4
       2)104<=N<=106

这题我选了C, 为什么大家讨论的答案是E, 我觉得根据公式,只有104符合条件啊.

31) 比n小或者等于的数的和可以表示为n(n+1)/2,求小于等于7140的数中是6的倍数的和。  
作者答案及思路：答案应该是3*119*120

以上这道是去年11月jj, 我觉得答案很不对, 为什么不是1190(6+7140)/2呢?
