        individual Tribnian coal mine that achieved an increase in overall output
        in the past five years has also experienced an increase in output per
        miner.

我印像中这题选A的。

题干：应用新技术——》增加现有煤矿的产量。在没有新开没矿的情况下，Tribnia煤矿工业的每矿工平均产量翻倍。

选项A，过去五年里矿工数量没变，这个条件很重要，表明矿工数没变，再加上题干中没有新开矿的条件，因此总产量也应该翻倍。还不清楚的话可以列个表达式看看，总产量＝平均工人产量*工人数量*煤矿数量，后两者没变，所以总量翻倍

选项B，跟题干关系不大啊，题干只说了整个行业的应用新技术的情况，没有涉及individual coal mine的情况，所以从题干无法合理推出B选项的结论。
