OG13中119页独立概率求解

本人文科小白，在此请教各位NN，下面一段话中划线部分是啥意思？看的很纠结。。。
Two events AandB are said to be independent if the occurrence of either event does not alter the
probability that the other event occurs. For one roll of the number cube, let A= |2, 4, 6| and let
B=|5, 6|. Then the probability that A occurs is P（A） =1/2, while, presuming B occurs, the
probability that A occurs is： lA and B l / lB l=|6|/J5, 6J.=1/2。

为何假设B发生时，计算A的概率要用A&B发生的概率比B事件的概率呢？A不是独立的么？B发生与否木有关系呀？

我没有OG13.。。。能不能告诉我一下题目。。这个好像就是很典型的一个概率论里的知识点，虽然两个事件各自独立，但是说了“假设B发生”嘛，所以计算A的时候，肯定是要考虑B的呀~
