我想知道为什么A不行？
题说：一旦有空难发生，媒体就玩儿命报道，所以，空难的增加是由媒体的大肆渲染而成，不是由于事故增多。
A想说空难报道是有受限要求的。--不是很好的削弱了题目的证据有效性构成了weaken么？

楼主对A项的理解是不是有失偏颇。
A的意思是不是应该更贴近：大众对飞机事故的关注仅集中在发生了飞机事故的国家上。因此A是一个无关的选项。

B attributes the cause to the certain peak months rather than to the number of new sources the officials asserted, thus weaken the assertions.
