Coffee shop owner: A large number of customers will pay at least the fair market
value for a cup of coffee, even if there is no formal charge. Some will pay more
than this out of appreciation of the trust that is placed in them. And our total
number of customers is likely to increase. We could therefore improve our net
cash flow by implementing an honor system in which customers pay what they
wish for coffee by depositing money in a can.
Manager: We’re likely to lose money on this plan. Many customers would cheat

我选了这个选项，选的时候觉得它实在很subtle.但是又更加不能认同D。
我的思路是这样的：既然很多人愿意为咖啡出符合其品质的价格。那么manager担心的情况怎么发生的呢，为啥不出钱或出很少呢？就是对咖啡品质不满意嘛。这个选项有这家店的咖啡更加有品质保证的指示，所以意味着人们会对咖啡满意，从而会出合理价钱。从而排解了Manger的担忧，加强了店主的观点。

(D) The shop makes a substantial profit from pastries and other food bought
by the coffee drinkers.

答案：
A Since the owner has already basically asserted this, asserting it again

我排除了它的思路：题干读下来，应该是客户数量增长是不管开不开展诚信支付系统都会发生的。题干没有表达是诚心支付系统带来了客人数量的增长，人数增长是一种客观预测。换句话说，我理解成，不管如果没有这个系统，D的情况照样是成立的。而owner想要通过开展这个系统提升cash flow，其论点是这个系统的作用，manager担心这个系统不work反而会损失因为有人会不给或少给钱，也是针对这个系统的作用进行反驳。
原话这样的讲法：And our total number of customers is likely to increase. We could therefore improve our net cash flow by implementing an honor system in which customers pay what they wish for coffee by depositing money in a can.
这个选项怎么就能strength manager的结论呢？想不通。
E The reason no other coffee shop in the area has an honor system may be
that their owners and managers have determined that it would not be
profitable.
