D是迷惑选项

原文先说REFUSE可以产生很多RESIDE，然后说In order to reduce the amount of residue ash Shelbyville generates this year to half of last year’s total，就采取了一个计划，即第一道工序里先把REFUSE循环利用，这样REFUSE/TRUCK就低了。题目问这个计划到底能不能被实施？]

D说的是计划采取后的效果，REFUSE产生的RESIDUE变少了，但是并没有从推理过程去分析。

我认为答案是C,理由有二：一是用我的傻瓜方法最后一句冒出truckload出现，则答案应该解释一下truckload,二是truckload 数量应该不变，若变多了，则缩减一半也不能达到原来的效果

本来这道我也错了,题意没太懂,不过看了qianrene分析的题目

确信应该选D的

偶的一点愚见:

题目是说: 目的是减少RA(residue ash)到一半,措施是增加recycle的量,使得运去烧的truckloads的数量下降到一半

D说的是每辆的truckload产生RA的量不会比去年多

数量减了一半,每个的量又不会多,所以目标肯定能达到

C才是在逻辑思路外的~

看看原文最后的推理，说的是通过循环这种方法才达到目的，当然最后问题也要着重在这个方法This year city services will separate for recycling enough refuse to reduce the number of truckloads of refuse

采取了这个方法后当然会产生D的结论“D说的是REFUSE产生RESIDUE/每辆的truckload的量不会比去年多”没有把重点放在政府采取的方法上，所以不对

D取非结论肯定不成立，所以是必要条件，我想这点你应该是承认的

对于C，Refuse collected by city services will contain a larger proportion of recyclable materials this year than it did last year.，

larger proportion是个很模糊的概念，到底是大多少呢？取非是肯定不成立的，这就是我的思路

有道理，C看上去很美，但是个人觉得比去年可循环的也可以很少，文章说了政府把部门拆了，且能分出足够的recycling XXX，好象是这个意思，我们可以去质疑这点么？
