困扰：B项。

我觉得原文存在逻辑： quality提高（A）----> expectation提高（B）

那么，换言之。 B项不就是逆否命题：非B（expectation不提高）----->非A（quality不提高）吗？

为什么不对呢？求解答~~~~

刚开始我也觉得B是逆否命题，但想了想发现，文中说的是质量的升高导致消费者的期望升高（注意，这里的研究对象是消费者），B说的是公司没能正确预测消费者的期望（此时的研究对象是公司了），但这不代表消费者的期望是不升高的，也就是说消费者的期望和公司对消费者期望的预测是两码事儿，所以不构成逆否。不知道这么理解对不对？

觉得答案C是原文结论的必要条件，原文结论是答案C的充分条件。

质量的提高带来更高的期望，因此维持现有质量会导致客户的不满。

MegaCorp把达到或者超过客户期望作为目标。因为期望会随着质量的提高而提高，因此质量也要不断提高。

这里隐含的假设是“质量的不断提高是可能的”

"MegaCorp's goal is possible to meet only if continuing advances in product quality are possible."
