肆一柒BJ考场注册问题

今天跑去日航饭店准备二战，结果工作人员说我存在registration problem，于是今天就没有考成。让我先联系了call center，之后call center又要我等e-mail.
看着大家都进去考试，自己却不能考，真心痛苦啊。
各位大神有没有遇到过这种问题的啊？
最后是怎么解决的？
因为LZ还报了6月的T~想要近期就把G搞定~结果没想到遇上这种问题。
那边解决的效率高吗？我还有可能在4月内搞定吗？
求解答~~~
