题目说buyers不关心不强调user-friendliness（This emphasis is oddly premature and irrelevant in the eyes of most potential buyers），C选项说的显然是相反的内容。A B C都是在强调buyers在乎user-friendliness的意思~E是强调了buyers真正关心的：sensible use to justifly the expense of buying one
