突然又想到一个问题only if the passenger would not have been forced to take a later flight had the airline not overbooked the original flight。  里面到底是(1.the airline had not overbooked the original flight)还是(2.the passenger would not have been forced to take a later flight )哪个是条件??

因为都在if里面 该如何判断??  谢谢!!

1. 如果航空公司没有overbooked ，且顾客没有被forced to take a later  flight 则航空公司就不需赔偿

2.如果航空公司没有overbooked ,但顾客被forced to take a later  flight 则航空公司就需赔偿

3如果航空公司 overbooked ，无论顾客有没有被forced to take a later  flight 航空公司都不需赔偿

My understanding is different

只有当：如果航空公司没有overbooked ，then顾客就不会被forced to take a later  flight的情况下，如果passenger 被denied a seat on a flight for which the passenger has confirmed reservations， airline is morally obliged to compensate the passenger. 言下之意，即使航空公司没有overbooked ， 顾客也被forced to take a later  flight的情况下， airline is not morally obliged.

绕死了！！！
