求教一道PREP上的数学题

Of the 60 animals on a certain farm, 2/3are either pigs or cows. How many animals are cows?(1)The farm has more than twice as many cows as it has pigs
(2)The farm has more than 12 pigs

不知道我的理解对不对：农场有60只动物，其中2/3不是猪就是牛，请问牛有多少头？
（1）农场的猪/牛大于等于2，（2）农场的猪大于12头
正确答案说1、2一起就可以解答，但我当时选的E，求XDJM们帮我解释一下为什么选C呢？

牛多過豬

是牛大過豬 2 倍
牛+豬 = 40
(2) 豬>12
40-13 = 27
40-15 = 25 VS 15
