LZ为什么对MBA这么执着呢？
有没有想过MBA的意义是什么，还是仅仅是一个符号？
如果LZ定位的不是咨询/投行的话，我觉得倒没有必要这么急着去读，工作一年和工作三年的感受是很不一样的，积累也很不一样的，进入一个普遍年龄都比你大的群体，未必是一件好事。工作中有很多成长，只有等到下一步的成长必须借助MBA来实现时，MBA才是最合适的。

Hello there! It sounds like you have some nice dreams! But what's the rush? I'll be honest with you, the straight out of college programs will be very difficult for you to get into with your GPA, HBS 2+2 and Silver Scholars, etc. really only take the best of the best, and with a GPA of 3.0 your chances will be slim.
As for applying next year, honestly, with only one year of experience, it will likely be too little and give you a great disadvantage when applying to MBAs. The average work experience for most programs is about 4-5 years, and I would suggest having at least three when you apply. I guess maybe right now you feel a little bit “stuck” because you have not got that job offer you wanted, but perhaps you have other options? Such as volunteer/GNO programs abroad? Or if not, a technical Masters, such as Masters in nonprofit, or public policy, etc. Have a look here at some Nonprofit programs:

I think that would be one option if you are in a rush. The other would be to try and first gain those three+ years of experience.
