建议：不要去关心几率减小了多少，没有必要，记者也只是说离子加速器报道文章减少了，但没有说减小的程度

D实在是无关选项，都不想证明为什么是了

但是还是觉得D没错,而且有关 - 如果机器能够被多次使用,那么就算某些台机器坏了,另外的还是可以被使用的,因为任何一年里一台机器可以被很多项实验使用啊,这样报道的文章就不会因机器故障减少了...
