我怎么觉得A也有加强的作用呢，因为如果recycling出来的也被incinerated了，岂不是这个program就无效了吗？
另外想问一下各位NN，逻辑的加强题有什么方法吗？我觉得自己的加强题做的不好。想法和OG的想法经常不一致

A虽然不错，但实际说了句废话：原文已经imply了that recycling 的部分是不烧的。这句话说的就是A: ... will separate for recycling enough refuse to reduce the number of truckloads of refuse to be incinerated to half of last year’s number

你要细细理解的话，此题是这么回事：上truck才去烧，recycle的玩意不上truck。

D 相对而言，更加强得多。

btw, strenghten我个人也觉得更难，因为答案可能正确的方向太多。

原因：焚烧增加了S.制造出的residual ash。
结论说：为了减少ash量，S实施了新的计划，可以减少卡车装载refuse量的一半，这样可以比去年少一半的refuse。
加强：肯定是和ash有关的，如果refuse焚烧出的ash量持续增加，plan是没有办法成功的。
(A) This year, no materials that cityservices could separate for recycling will be incinerated.
A说，没有任何材料可以作为在利用而被焚烧的。这个我觉得和conclusion根本没有关系，整个文章在谈论焚烧后的结果，包括premise也是在讨论焚烧出来的ash有在增加，所以这个选项是在否定premise。而且撇开是否否定premise不谈，这个选项没有对文章的conclusion做任何support。文章在说plan的实施是为了减少ash的量，并没有提到其他的或是所有的materials，所以无关~忘记OG的解释了，自己是这么认为的。
