OA：B。此题难度系数不算大，但是我觉得最关键的City Y is deemed less affordable than City X. 我无法很好理解。求高人指点！！

less affordable 是不是消费不起的意思啊？那么就是说Y城市比X城市更令人消费不起?也就是说Y城市的消费更高，和前面说的X城市的人花费更多在住房上（X城的消费更高）有矛盾？

唉，非母语的理解障碍~~

affordable 是可以承受，不贵的意思
less affordable其实就是more expensive

哦，我感觉我明白了，就是说，Y比X更经不起消费呗，Y的消费水平更高，和开头说X的消费更高有矛盾。。。

看来，逻辑真的是考察阅读。。。
