我就搞不懂了illegally copy不就已经是obtain了吗

OG的解释前半部分都没有问题，关键是从这里开始，他是这么说的：if it were true that most of them have no serious interest in the programs, they would be unlikely to purchase them, in this case, few sales would be lost and the loss to the industry could be considered small

他对D的评价又是:this comparsion is faulty: the loss is not being considered in the context of total industry revenues but in the context of total sales of programs

总的市场价值非常低无非的意思就是指vaule of illegal copies/sales of programs的比值了，有什么问题吗

总的市场价值非常低无非的意思就是指vaule of illegal copies/sales of programs的比值了，有什么问题吗

首先,你說總的市場價值是value of illegal copies/sales of programs的比值,在理解選項方面是有問題的.

D) the total market value of all illegal copies is low in comparison to the total revenue of the computer industry

這句話說的是A=total market value of all illegal copies ,B= total revenue of the computer industry,A小於B,而不是說A/B很小.這僅僅能說明A相對B是少的,不能說明A很少.這是相對值跟絕對值的問題.

關於B選項,如果不能copy只能買的話大部分人也不會去買,這說明了在不存在copy的情況下,銷售也不會增加,產家也不會賺到什麼錢

有copy沒賺到錢沒copy也沒賺到錢,對產家來說根本就沒什麼不一樣,自然也沒有什麼損失可言.

LS最后句话很有道理，不过这句话是从哪里推论出来的？原文loses millions of dollars is greatly exaggerated，意思是没有损失那么多，而确有损失，这些损失就是来自于因为copy而失去的sales的机会。Most of the illegal copying is done by people with no serious interest in the programs这句话无疑是原文推论链的最前端，也就是原因，正因为这个原因，所以才XXXXXXXX，原文是不是就是这个意思？

B的意思是：大部分的非法拷贝程序都不会被购买，即便购买它们是唯一获得的方式。

分析：这里的illegally copy programs 是非法拷贝的正版程序！这句话说的其实是：大部分非法拷贝的正版程序没人买（可推出正版程序没实际使用价值），也就是正版程序再好也没人买！即便购买它们是唯一获得的渠道，因为没用，所以没人买。可能别人会问，既然没用你copy它干什么？我管你是不是正版，反正我对你程序本身没什么兴趣，我用它练copy技术不行吗？！所以，你这本身没有实际价值的软件，即便是正版也卖不出去。如此，不会给你带来什么损失！这样，B选项就起到了架桥的作用。

而D中： illegal copies 指的是盗版程序，不是非法拷贝的正版程序了。

这道题的理解应该在：illegally copy programs 和illegal copies 的具体含义上。illegally copy programs 是非法拷贝的正版程序； illegal copies 指的是盗版程序。

D根本不对，被非法拷贝的软件的市场价值与行业收入做比较是低的

这样举个例子：被非法拷贝的软件的市场总价值是100万美圆（这100万都被黑了），所有正版软件的销售额只有60万美圆，整个行业的收入是400万美圆。

100万低于400万，但你能说非法拷贝的影响很小吗？？要用软件市场和软件市场比，不要和行业收入比。整个行业除了卖软件还要干很多事情，比如卖整机！！！

B选项表明了一件事：有某些软件（比方说是A类软件），这些软件本来就根本没有人买。而恰恰被非法拷贝的软件就是A类软件。

好了，那么非法拷贝A类软件这件事根本就不会对行业产生影响（或只会产生很少的影响）。

确实用低和高不能说明问题,B说的是软件本身没人买,所以就横竖横,无所谓,反正没人买,你爱copy就copy,对我也不会有影响,我开始做题就已经假定所有软件都有人买,你一copy,我的sales就下降了,其实从开始就错了,这思路ETS一直用啊,是其本身有个问题,外部再影响也没用..

可问题是B 说的是 most people who illegal copy programs would not purchase them....
也就是说copy 这些正版软件的人不会去买他们自己copy的软件（them就是前面被copy的programs），因为who引导的部分是修饰people的啊，这……说起来好像还是很奇怪啊，他都copy 了，还跟买不买有什么关系？这和公司的利润又有什么关系……还是不懂
