我现在复习go阅读，结果passage8读了无数遍也看不懂

该咋办啊？？烦

在看2遍，就明白了，呵呵，

第一段：Prior to 1975, union efforts... were limited, 解释limited 原因。

第二段：1970 mid之后的一个现象。

（1，2段结合起来是一个大现象）

第三段：解释现象。TS:The absence of any comparable increase in unionization among private-sector clerical workers, however, identifies the primary catalyst—the structural change in the multi-occupational public-sector unions themselves.

一个现象解释型的presentation文章，完了！

作者的论证滴水不露，不过这篇文章我至少看了10遍，唉! GMAT没有阅读能力，一切都是零。
