Clearing Analyst - HK

Responsibilities

Handle trade breaks management
Responsible for delivery and regulatory reporting functions
Complete inter-company reconciliations along with all exchange/ cash collateral/ security reconciliations performed in Hong Kong
Handle Exchange reconciliations for APAC region
Liaise with counterparties such as Exchanges and Brokers and ensure all trades, cash and positions are reconciled in a timely manner
Investigate and follow up any cash/ trade breaks resulting from completed reconciliations
Perform exchange and regulatory reporting
Prepare MIS and management reports
Participate in Projects wherever needed

Requirements
University graduate with major in Finance or related discipline
At leave 3 years Operations experience in with exposure in Futures and Options
Proactive, self-motivated, confident team player
Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word and, MS Access an advantage
