[求助]一道prep里面的模考数学题，主要是题目没能理解~

Before being simplified, the instructions for computing income tax in Country R were to add 2 precent of one's income to the average(arithmetic mean) of 100 units of Country R's currency and 1 percent of one's annual income. Then what is the simplicied formula of income tax if a person's annual income is L?
答案是50+L/40

What it says is that: add A to (the average of B and C).

A = 2 precent of one's income : 2% x L
B = 100 units of Country R's currency : 100
C = 1 percent of one's annual income : 1 x L

A + 0.5 ( B + C ) = 2% x L + 0.5 x ( 100 + 1% L ) = 50 + 2.5% L
