第一次发帖，还是问问题，不知道是否有什么规则，如果有冒失的地方，请见谅。

No botanist lives long enough to study the complete life cycle of an individual California redwood tree.Nevertheless, by observing many trees at different stages,botanists can piece together the evolution of a single tree.Exactly the same principle applies in astronomy to the study of the life-story of globular clusters, huge sphercial aggregations of about a million stars all swarming about each other.

正确答案是C，想请问一下，为什么A是错误的呢？它貌似应该是上文所做的假设呀？谢谢回帖。

我是觉得A说的和原文里Exactly the same principle applies 是同一个意思。。假设和结论就一样了。。
就像是说“假如理论可以套用，理论就可以套用”一样。。

貌似有顶旧帖的嫌疑，不过楼上对我的启发很大，我把我的观点也写下来。
题干中心是A类比B
那么我们要找的前提就是B可以加入这种类比，所以选C
