我应该回国吗?

Current job:

Supply Chain Analyst with the headquarters of a global fortune 500 located
in the Mid South in the US. Msc from a top 15 school with 2 years of industry experiences in the US.

New job opportunity:

Senior Sourcing Analyst with ATK in Shanghai. ( Unfortunately, the base salary is local standard and is less than half of what I am making now in the US)

BTW, I am a 25-year-old single male looking to return to China at some point.

Does this sound like a good deal from a long-term career development perspective? Should I wait for a few more years before returning to China?

With a master degree how did you get two years' industry experiences at the age of 25?

It's not surprising if the salary is less than half of what you earn in US.
