这里的dramatically可以是由原来的每天看到1只变成了每天看到20只，这个变化可谓很大，但是可能工业并不是主要的污染源，也有可能是农业，比如农药啊，如果把农药的污染减少的话，还有可能每天看到200只小鸟呢

e这个假设在原文的推理过程中是必要的
