答案是C。
我的疑问是,这套evaluation的题目,明明题中提到“American consumers have expressed a willingness to spend up to 10 percent more for products that are ecologically sound”,而选项C就是与此有关的,为何不用考虑呢?

因为CONSUMER买东西的COST跟MANUFACTURE的COST不一样,作为CONSUMER不用考虑你的生产成本

但是它问的是 " reasons for the failure of Bleach-O Green" 为什么就不考虑制造成本呢? 例如它的制造成本高于同样的20%,然而价格只高出其他10%。

Failure of Bleach-O Green refers to its failure to capture a significant share of the market.
Therefore,cost of production is irrelevant.
