大全-10-11. Less than 50 percent of a certain tropical country’s wildlands remains intact. Efforts are under way to restore biological diversity in that country by restoring some destroyed wild habitats and extending some relatively intact portions of forests. However, opponents argue that these efforts are not needed because there is still plenty of wildland left.
Which of the following, if true, most significantly weakens the argument of the opponents of conservation efforts?
(A) As much, if not more, effort is required to restore a wild habitat as to preserve an intact habitat.
(B) The opponents of restoration efforts are, for the most part, members of the wealthier classes in their own villages and cities.

答案是D，但是我明确觉得D是加强而非削弱啊，E才是削弱啊

用排除法 a b c e都是无关选项

找选择中的关键字要有wildland 也要针对plenty 排除下就只有d了

我们需要恢复生物的多样性（目的），通过恢复被破坏的野生栖息地（手段）。
However, opponents argue that these efforts are not needed because there is still plenty of wildland left.
只说了有很多野生栖息地存在，并没有验证这样子可以达到我们的目的。

For many tropical species native to that country, the tropical wildlands that are still relatively intact do not provide appropriate habitats for reproduction.
这句就说明了就算是有相对完整的wildlands但仍然不能提供合适的栖息地让动物们reproduction，这样就不能达到目的

D肯定是正確的，因為OPPONENTS說沒必要再去付出努力，因為有大片地了。但是D說明了這些地雖然現在INTACT但NOT PROVIDE APPROPRIATE HABITATS FOR REPRODUCTION,可能以後就沒了，所以削弱了CONCLUSION.

E呢，雖然WEAKEN Q可以有NEW INFORMATION,但是，PLANTS AND ANIMALS從來沒有在文中出現，沒有說明他們與WILDLAND的關係，IRRELEVANT TO THE QUESTION。

不知道大家認為我的解釋是否正確呢？

D是啊: D的意思是说热带未开垦的荒地没有提供合适的繁殖栖息地给当地的物种。这道题我理解：反对者说没有必要，那么如果要weaken反对者，那就找说明有必要的那项啊。
