female, career started at big 4, with ACCA membership qualification. Now working in the finance department of a foreign bank, montly salary 30K. The job is repetitive reporting and need extreme OT during the reporting period, low value added, in the circumstance of finance role transformation, ie, being business partner, instead of reporting anymore, I am facing challenge and those who have overseas study and working experience seems more popular and have a better career.
My question is whether I should stay harding working for a promotion in the next half year, having a corporate title or leave the bank, have an MBA? |
