抓狂了，OG上一道数学题怎么也搞不懂撒~~

刚上道没两天，OG-Problem Solving 第229怎么也搞不懂啊~~我太愚笨了~~~~
229. Right triangle PQR is to be constructed in the xy-plane so that the right angle is at P and PR is parallel to the x-axis. The x- and y-coordinates of P, Q, and R are to be integers that satisfy the inequalities -4≤x≤5 and 6≤y≤16. How many different triangles with these properties could be constructed?
A) 110
B) 1100
C) 9900
D) 10000
E) 12100
答案是C，求详解，感激不尽~~

你画一个长为11宽为10的矩形
这个三角形PQR 的直角边PQ和 PR分别平行于长和宽
因为都是整数所以PQ有10个值

R有11个值
再看顶点P P的位置可以使矩形内部任意一点是内部所以共有9*10=90个点
用乘法原理三角形个数为90*10*11=9900

这题的确有难度
平行x轴有9个刻度，那么就有9+8+7+。。。+1个可能
y 轴有10个刻度，就有10+9+。。。+1个可能
这两个相乘就有2475种。
但是在同一区域里，你转转试试，有4种可能的三角形。就是4个顶点去取3个。所以一共2475*4=9900
好麻烦应该肯定考不到
