既然有人传上来这本大砖头书，很多人也在做，就麻烦xdjm们一起统一一下发问格式，这样搜索起来也方便。暂时为 page-题号，比如我现在想问：GGL-p50-33 就是第50页33题

during a single hour,an automatic camera photographed 100 vehicles that were speeding on a new way road ,and police a mile farther down the road photographed 49 vehicles that were speeding .since every vehicle that passed the automatic camera also passed the police during the hours ,the police photographed fewer than half of the vehicles that were speeding when passing them.
which of the following is an assumption on which the reasoning in the arguement above depends?
A:fewer half of the vehicles that were speeding when they passed the police were already speeding when they passed the automatic camere.

C:most of the vehicle s that were speeding when they passed the automatic camera were still speeding when they passed the police.
若选项C取非，即大部分过自动摄像机的车子超速，而过警察时不超速，则说明了警察为什么拍超速汽车少，是由于这些车子过警察的时候不超速，那么结论：the police photographed fewer than half of the vehicles that were speeding when passing them就不成立了；

这类型的题目，暗示了这样一个前提：过自动摄像机的超速车与过警察的超速车是一样的多，至少是大致数量的相当。抓住这个推理的弱点，就能预测答案了；
