但是我再怎么算也是E呢

用条件2可算出男员工人数小于等于3, 但女员工的可能性是42/90 没到1/2啊!

我也觉得是E啊。。。
由2得男员工可能为0、1、2、3人，对应p=1、2/5、28/45、21/45，有的大于1/2有的小于1/2，因此无法判断。如果男员工小于2人倒是可以判断的了。
