根据题目的意思,讲了两个内容:1.住在S 城市旅馆的人比住在H城市旅馆的人多

2.住在H 城市中的一个的大旅馆的人比住在S城市RA旅馆的人多.

既然以上的意思都是正确,B选项RA是S城市中的唯一的的旅馆肯定是错误的.

也就是题目要求选择的must be error .

C选项题目无法推出.
