各位xdjm，我完全被以下这道题的描述绕晕了，请帮帮忙翻译一下，谢谢。

One millisecond is 0.001 of a second. The costs for a single run of a computer program are $1.07 for operating-system overhead, $0.023 per millisecond of computer time, and $4.35 for the mounting of a data tape. What is the total of these three costs for 1 run of a program that requires 1.5 seconds of computer time?

(A) $7.15
(B) $8.87
(C) $28.96
(D) $35.57
(E) $39.92

可能LZ主要是没看懂题目吧，

就说运行一个计算机程序需要1.07美元的管理成本，每千分之一秒0.023美元的运营成本，和一个4.35美元存储数据的磁碟，问运行一个1.5秒钟的计算机程序需要花多少钱

1.07+0.023*1000*1.5+4.25=39.92
