做DS的困惑

我现在做ds越做越迷惑了，有的时候可以得出问题是或不是，并不需要得出“是”才算正确的答案，不是也是正确答案。比方说，问个问题，可以得出2个解，这算是正确的答案

但有时候必须求出唯一的一个解才算正确答案的了

请nn给我解释下，到底怎样的思路啊？

居然没人理我，举个例子顶一下：

In the fraction x/y, where x and y are positive integers, what is the value of y?
1). The least common denominator of x/y and 1/3 is 6
2). x=1
Answer:
x/y=1/2 or 1/6 both can fulfill the requirement.
Answer is E

这题1）有两个解，所以不对

Of the 60 animals on a certain farm, 2/3 are either pigs or cows. How many of the
animals are cows?
1). the farm has more than twice as many cows at it has pigs.
2). the farm has more than 12 pigs
Answer:
The total number of pigs and cows is 40.
For1, C>2P
For 2, P>12
Combine 1 and 2, if P=13, C is 14;if P=14, C is 12, it is impossible.
Answer is C

但这题条件1和2和起来得出2个不同的解，说明1+2两条件不能解出答案，所以选c

我迷惑的是两个问题问的都好像是具体的求解，但为什么第一题的1）有两答案就不对，第二题1）+2）有两解就对了？

P=13,C=40-13=27大于26

P＝14，C=40-14=26小于28

所以P只能是13，唯一解！！

我DS题单独做的时候没有问题，但是考试的时候，时间压力下，很多问题混在一起，我就开始思维混乱了。。。。。。还是逻辑思维不严密啊。像我这样稀里糊涂的人，考GMAT真是纠结。纠结。再纠结。。。。。。。
