Does the decimal equivalent of P/Q, where P and Q are positive integers, contain only a finite number of nonzero digits?

(1) P>Q

(2) Q=8

l Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not sufficient

l Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient

l BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient.

l EACH statement ALONE is sufficient

l Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient

我选的是B，答案是E~以8为分母的小数怎么算都是有限的啊~

我也选了B，不过回过头来看，是不是这样解释：decimal 是十分位，当P＝4，8，时，十分位就是0了，所以应该选E。
看来真要万分仔细啊

它是问finite number of none zero digits...但是none zero digits, 不止包括小数点后面的呀。。。也包括整数部分，当P为无限大的时候，那整数部分就有无限个数字。。。那number of none zero digits就是无限多了～

这道题是不是答案错了？？？
