答案是B，我在想为什么C不行呢，各位有什么见解？？

if cost were not a factor上面说了价格是一个参照点，这里又说不看价格，看上去这个选项就很不爽。
B选项取非，质量不合格，价格再便宜，也不会进口美国的木头；质量合格，价格又便宜，多好啊。而C选项，取非？看不出来，好像prefer是再介绍另一个原因而不是在补充assumption。
我也马上考试了哈哈加油！

C是无关选项吧，题目跟Paper manufacturersin 一点关系也没有啊。。
