有没有熟悉Depaul的童鞋或学长学姐给讲讲depaul的MACC和MSA对于考CPA的区别？

如题，为什么depaul发来的信件说“如果不想考CPA的话，那MACC会很适合” 还说了这个：
If your undergraduate accounting degree is not based on US GAAP, then the Master’s of Science in Accountancy (MSA) program would be the appropriate degree for you.
·The MSA would cover all the necessary coursework to sit for, and pass, the CPA exam.

大家有熟悉的能给普及一下嘛？感谢！！~~

感觉像是逼人从macc往msa转。。。

MACC是针对本科在美国读accounting的人的program，他们的accounting背景强，很多专业课在本科就已经读了。MSA是针对本科不是会计或者在国内读的同学。其实没有太大区别，一般MACC一年就能读完。考CPA的要求都是一样的。

比对一下课表，发现macc一共11门课，有8门和msa重合的（finance方向）。
剩下的课都是一些基础课。
我老是觉得这有想多挣钱的嫌疑。。。
