因为原文说了immoral action都guilt, 所以不管它是不是pulic performed, 他都guilt.

A里说部分(非公共场所发生的)不道德行为没有犯罪感这不就矛盾了!

将A取非，变成Some immoral actions that are performed in public are accompanied by feelings of guilt.部分否定与原题all全部否定相反，所以该选项false。
原文中两个条件为A且B，缺一不可，所以其他选项都是正确的。对选项取非亦可知。
