我是这样了理解题目的：政府为了发展rural地区的经济，增加了生活在rural老年人的养老金，但是效果不佳，反而是urban地区消费多了，rural没有，解释为什么。
答案是A。这题我看完后觉得哪个都联系不到题上去~~~望解答。

这道我觉得应该选C，为什么答案是E呢？孩子给老人的钱，和政府的补助有什么关联？孩子给老人的钱只能提供个温饱，加上政府给的，那不就应该更好了么。为何是E啊？

第一个显然是年轻人不用再去负担老人的支出，所以有更多钱消费。

第二天也不懂，同问。

第一题同一ls
第二题由于题干已经说了Inflation in the intervening period has been negligible，所以C是不对的。排除后只有E对。

从答案推原因要说服自己的话就是: 孩子给老人钱的上线是 comfortable living，我理解是基本温饱到小康之间的状态。而养老金上调20%之后是 many of them are no better off ，也就是说调了后的养老金+儿女的赡养金还是没达到小康。

比如我老爸的养老金是1000块，comfortable living标准是1300，better off是2000。养老金没涨之前我一月给老爸300，刚好到了comfortable living。后来养老金涨了200，到了1200，我估计就只给老爸100，还是刚好到了comfortable living的标准。但我老爸每月还是那么点钱，不够better off

ls啊，但是C还是有问题啊，OG上也有一道养老金，大概也讲得是inflation不怎么变，但是就是老人消费的东西变高了，比如药啊，医疗费啊，保健品啊，但那道的答案就是类似于C选项的一个答案。

我想起来了，第二题我会想选C也是因为OG上那道题。
我觉得这题有问题就是因为：不知道政府补贴老人后，是不是孩子就会减少给老人的钱。从children typically supplement the income of elderly parents, but only by enough to provide them with a comfortable living里看不出来。
有时感觉这逻辑题不能想得太钻牛角尖了~~~E比C确实充足点儿，如果没有E这样的选项，其他又都不对，那就选C了，有的只能用排除法做。

我觉得每题还是要看具体给的条件.楼主帖的和OG22那道还是有差别的.
一个是题干明确说了不用考虑通涨因素,那就不要去考虑
一个是题干给了annual rate of inflation,没说不用考虑,只作事实陈列,而C里面说了老人的某些特殊需求的物资通涨很厉害,那这种情况就要考虑进去的.
