b说 没有等级的工作环境是员工就业考虑的因素

原文说了两个问题,一个是有没有等级的工作环境,一个是说员工跳槽不跳槽

b显然比d更直接的支持了原文的观点

d并没有加强“工作环境对跳槽影响”的argument
