关于c，说装一个TV的时间没减少，那就是时间上升了，与之对应的是效率下降了。

但是，根据生产量=人数*（单位时间/单台小时数）（括号内为单人效率），c貌似正好说反了？？？

C取反，如果B国的生产率提高导致每台电视的生产时间减少，那么即使生产厂家减少了，但是总的数量很可能不变或者更多。那就不需要进口了。

那文章的前半部分说V平均每小时工资比B低很多。因为B取消了所有关税，因此B的电视销量不变又有什么用呢？？？？
